GENERAL INFORMATION

Yes, any amendment such as change location / recipient’s detail / delivery date and time / add on items. Must inform us 24 hours before your delivery date and additional charges may apply. Kindly contact with our customer service team at +6011-5992 0379

We don’t have Halal certificate. However, we are Muslim friendly and all our ingredient is from Halal resources.

We are unable to write on the cake.
We don’t accept customize cake.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payment via online banking / Visa or Mastercard.
No COD at the moment.

DELIVERY

Delivery fee is based on distance from our store located at Empire Damansara and will be calculated at check out.

All goods will arrange to deliver by third-party partner from Lalamove and we will using car only for delivery.

Rider will be only sending the cake to recipient’s lobby of the building or drop of point whichever is accessible by car.
Additional RM5 & parking fee is required if you need rider to send the goods to your doorstep.

Should delivery be attempted to the specified shipping address and no one happens to be present at the time of delivery nor respond to the calls or messages, an additional fee of RM50 will be charged for re-delivery. 

Yes, you will need to choose your prefer timing before check out.
Can choose either 12pm – 2pm / 2-4pm / 4-6pm / 6-8pm.

Yes, same day order for delivery is available for selected cake items with cut off time at 2pm. (delivery after 4pm)

SELF PICK UP METHOD

You may select your prefer pick up location during ordering.
Can choose either at Nippori Cafe Empire Damansara / Nippori Bistro PJ / Nippori Publika / Nippori 1 Utama.
Same day pickup is not available. All pick up orders must pre order 1 day before.
Yes, you may arrange your own rider for pick up.
We would recommend to arrange for car rider instead of motor. To avoid cake being damage during delivery process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order and payment made are non-refundable.
However, can be refunded as credit and valid for 3 months.
